Baked Tilapia with Lime

Kristen shares her recipe for what she calls “fast-food” tilapia with lime, and a photo of the result. It takes about fifteen minutes to cook, and she serves it with noodles.

She recommends one or two tablespoons of Wildtree Ranchers’ steak rub (sea salt organic black pepper, garlic, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger), two tablespoons of butter, and lime zest for a pound and a half of fish fillets. Preheat the oven to 375°, line the pan with foil, season the fillets generously, and cook for 12–15 minutes.

Key Takeaways:

  • I love food photography and styling so much, but sometimes I just want to share what I’m having for dinner like in the early days of blogging.
  • I just haven’t been sharing anything at all. And that’s a shame. Some of my most simple, family friendly
  • This Baked Tilapia with Lime Juice is one of those recipes that serves me so well in a pinch. Plus, it’s so good for you and delicious, you’ll want to make it all the time.
