Kristen shares her recipe for what she calls “fast-food” tilapia with lime, and a photo of the result. It takes about fifteen minutes to cook, and she serves it with noodles.
She recommends one or two tablespoons of Wildtree Ranchers’ steak rub (sea salt organic black pepper, garlic, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger), two tablespoons of butter, and lime zest for a pound and a half of fish fillets. Preheat the oven to 375°, line the pan with foil, season the fillets generously, and cook for 12–15 minutes.
